JL Photography was a start up Portrait Photographer interested in increasing their local exposure.
Objectives
Achieve higher rankings for keywords relevant to their business and in the local area.
Solution
We were starting from blank with this project. We created a site using WordPress displaying some of the clients work with written content about the clients business. We then created a Google Places listing as the client was targeting the local area. To increase the ranking we created a lot of off page popularity and citations, as well as a social media account of JL to tweet from.
Outcome
We promoted the site to top3 within 2 weeks and achieved top result for ‘Devon Photographer’ within a month. The client is getting enquires for Weddings, Portraits and Pet Shoots.
